Today was another travel day. We left Topeka at 8:15 and 70 degrees and headed east once again. The drive took us across the rest of Kansas, and Kansas City (Sharon I was thinking about you), through the lower part of Illinois, and into Kentucky. Today we cycled 72 miles in rolling hills to a tiny town on the Ohio River. We were accommodated in two old, historic homes overlooking the River. ... cramps, very similar to labor pains. I must've picked up food poisoning from somewhere. Funny enough, we were just outside of Paducah, Kentucky.
