... Dunes are ranked in the top 10 public courses in the USA. Pacific Dunes was stunning! The morning was cool, cloudy and very windy which made for a very tough challenge. A few showers blew in for our final 4 holes which gave us the full links golf experience. We played with a gentleman from Laguna Beach, California and had another great day on the golf course.  Bandon Dunes was one of the best golf experiences we have ever had! The ...

The main industry is tourism and they made the town very tourist friendly. Oregon is also very dog friendly. You can take your pets almost anywhere and everyone does. One day trip was to Coos Bay where ...

... after 1 PM. The 101's breathtaking vistas seem to get more and more stunning behind every bend in the road. Sand dunes amidst spruces and a variety of unfamiliar trees kept my interest peaked. We cruised regretfully by dozens of tantalizing signs announcing beaches, wishing we had more time. You’d need a good month to properly explore the Oregon coast.

We eventually stopped near Florence to grab some food for a picnic, and then proceeded to continue ...
