We worked a little over two hours today and were dismissed. Not a tough day at all. We have the rest of the afternoon to do as we wish. Before the work party is dismissed R.J. informs us that he is turning over the rains of host coordinator to Ranger Chris. As each ranger has their pet projects this change of command will be interesting.
... 20 in donations. Our big sales day was last Thursday with the second 4 hour shift at the lighthouse recording 48 visitors with a sales total of $126! Using the above examples the total amount of net sales and donations for an entire week isn't enough maintain the building much less make needed improvements.

We reached our motel in Coos Bay around six, the Super 8. It's really nice it seems to be newly remodeled.
