... of Aztec, New Mexico. The RV Park area will handle up to 576 RVs at one time. We're the only rig here. It's paved and basic, with electricity and water for twenty bucks...cool. Speaking of which, it's now still 87 degrees at seven PM, with a clear sky. Nice.

... site is not on the water but across from it. Our site has full hook-ups and this is kind of nice for a 6 night stay. This means unlimited showers and I don't have to worry about water consumption. This is the only park I have seen with water sprinklers. They came on around 6:00 PM. The park is nice but could use some trees for shade and interest. The have started planting but they will take a good 10-15 years to grow. The lake is very large and is shared with ...

6.30 am wake up call shower and breakfast and if was back on the road at 8.15 After a lovely scenic two hour drive we pulled into the ghost ranch where we explored the ghost house, soaked in the scenic views and visited the anthropology and palaeontology museum.
