We left Prague yesterday morning at 8 am. The weather has been absolutely beautiful for the last few days and yesterday was particularly warm. Such a pity. The air-conditioning on the bus didn't seem to be working and the 7 hour journey took 10!. None of us were totally sure if the aircon problem was a mechanical or a driver malfunction. I was all up for pork knuckle in polish beer sauce but was then told that the smallest portion was 500g so made a snap decision to have meat dumpling s and vegetables which were amazing!
