... the winding little lanes of St Ives with hardly enough room for a car - he did a great job! We wandered around these little lanes to work off our fish and chips, then it started to rain so we headed home. ... gardens with animation and sound. Even building fire, and a dragon. Great sense of humor too with hidden characters and funny names of adverts etc. drove to Plymouth and parked near the Jetty in the old port. Couldn't find the Mayflower 1623 exhibit and finally the tourist bureau told us they are refurbishing and have pulled down ...

Our morning in Cherbourg was quite busy with a few garden centres to explore, a motorhome dealers to look for a new fridge.
However we did take some time out to call to Normandie Wine Warehouse which is very convenient near the town centre. The owner speaks fluent English and understands your requirements and soon recommend as he says....suitable for drinking!
After another visit to Carrefour ...

Got up at 7.45am. It took me a moment to realise that I was about to embark on an amazing adventure; First Great Western passengers really do pull out all the stops to make the train ride as entertaining as possible... Said goodbye to my friend (Hi Renee), had a few photos at the station with the folks, then set off for a 5hr train journey.
