    I awake according to my custom before 5am:

    Calling

    "Come join us".

    It's a rest day and we take the time to farewell Ed onto the London train and focus on preparing ourselves for the next stage of this adventure.

    ... as they didn't have good Barbie bricks. Won't rub it in but really dodgy bricks and technique. Been out deep sea fishing and Sean and I have done a Rick Stein course, fabo.
    We were treated to a beautiful meal at the Port Gavern Hotel hy Emily & Sean. And thank you Emily for the beautiful gift of the cooking course.

    By the time we have reached Tregony we have covered 24kms and scaled a final steep hill up to the bus stop, once again in good time to catch the bus to Truro. We take some time here telling stories of the day we’ve just consumed and again I am impressed by Ed who has crunched out these kilometres despite blisters, and much perspiration; it’s wonderful to see how strong he is and how well he’s coping.
