    Nice Place

    from

My boyfriend and I stayed at Olivia by Duval from March 10-12, 2005. Olivia's location is fantastic. Just a block off of Duval Street. The whole place is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The pool is nice, but somewhat small, and by the time the afternoon comes around is pretty much in the shade. My boyfriend and I stayed in the smallest room that they had, but it was definitely big enough for our needs. All the rooms have their own private bathroom. For the price that they charge for their rooms, this place is a steal! Go check it out. You won't be disappointed.

    Best kept secret

We loved it! where can you go for a great price and quite atmosphire.!!\

I can not say enough good things about it. centrally located, walking diatance from everything, good water pressure, the best beds to sleep in.. comfortable and cozy. Bring a book for the Am because its so nice in the morning for coffee and a porch sit. I liked being able to come home late and every one was considerate, and waking up eary and everyone was considerate... get it... nice people too!!!! quite!! beautiful pool !!!! Cynthia Hwd, Fl

    Great Condo

    from

We spent a week in Key West at the Olivia By Duval. This was a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It was located centrally near Duval street where all the action takes place. It was within walking distance of any sites we wanted to see. The personnel were great. I found them to be extremely accomodating and personable.

Kay's Cottage - Great place to stay in Key West!

    from

Kay's Cottage is a great facility in a great location on the island. It is just one block off Duval Street, yet towards the quieter south end away from the hustle and bustle of the north side. Everyone we spoke with who manages the facility was very friendly and helpful. Recommended by a friend, we were looking for an above average place to stay for a reasonable price and found it at Kay's Cottage. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Key West.

    Our favorite place

    from

We go to Key West two to three times per year. Recently, we have begun staying at Olivia by Duval. What a gem!!! The staff is great, the location is great, the price is reasonable, and the rooms have the "keysy" feel. Although it is near Duval St., you hear little of the noise and it is very relaxed. We love it.

    Great deal for a budget

    from

I have stayed here in many of the rooms. In my opinion for the price you can't find any place else with a pool this inexpensive. The staff is very freindly and the rooms are always cleaned. MB ,WV

If you want a safe, clean resonable stop here!!

    from

My new husband and I wanted to get married in Key West. We stayed in the "Captan Quarters Back" and the room was perfect for honeymooners. The staff was great and the room was always spotless. It was the best time we ever had on a Trip and I can not wait to go back. The room had a full kitchen and a murphy bed. It was totally cool. The dates we stayed were 08/24/04-09/01/04.

Olivia by Duval Do NOt Go!

    from

We stayed May 26th and 27th of 2004 in THE CONCH ROOM. I have been to Key West several times, but my boyfriend had not. When we were showed our room he almost REFUSED to stay in it. It was quite dumpy looking considering the $89 a night that we payed. OUCH! (Holes in walls, dirty looking even though it may have been clean.) The worst part was that we had to make a non-refundable deposit so we were stuck staying there. It was not a great step up from the Santa Maria Hotel. I didn't think it was terrible, just a bit of a rip-off. The room, sheets, and towels were clean. It had a bachelor style kitchen, nice ceiling fan and decent air conditioning. I think we would have both been happier at the Wyndham or a nicer guest house. I would have been happier with it if the rates were more around $65. Never again!

    A week in Paradise

    from

My wife and I recently spent a week (7 Nights) in Key West at the Olivia By Duval properties. Our stay was wonderful and we hope to repeat in the future. The management of the properties were very friendly, most accomodating and a joy to be associated with. Our room was very clean and very nicely decorated and led to an atmosphere of complete relaxation. While we were very close to the action on Duval St. we enjoyed quiet relaxing moments at our room. I would recommend this property to anyone wishing to spend a wonderful and affordable vacation in Key West.

... road looking for a restaurant and a few of these deer crossed in front of us. We stopped for a picture and they were very comfortable with people. They are very small though, compared to our deer. Stopped at The Square Grouper for a late lunch. Yummy food and it came with a free beer! Can't pass that up... Made it to Key West late afternoon, found some parking (not easy, especially in our monster truck), crazy place - all the tourists! We had to take the requisite touristy photos of ...

... nice to have clean t-shirts for a few days! it is now time to head down to the main part of town and see what trouble we can get into in Key West! haha.

Duval street is the main part of downtown Key West ... it is where all the shops and bars really are and for a Wednesday and off season, it is still a happening place. Nowhere near as busy as South Beach... and that is a good thing. This is more my style and more of what i would call a ...

Bluewater Key RV Resort 305-745-2494 Site 75 The BEST site. Private, wifi, tiki hut closed in with plastic to block wind. The drive through the keys to get here was really nice. Lots of bridges and little towns on most of the islands. As for the resort....What an incredible place. I cannot imagine a better place to be. The view is ...

... This is a really nice area on top of one corner of the building. You reach it by climbing another circular staircase. There are lounge chairs, tables and chairs, etc. up there. I laid out for about an hour, while Dan made friends with a bunch of young guys from Fort Lauderdale. They were in the mid-twenties and were down here for a bachelor party.

I came downstairs to take a nap, and Dan hung out with them ...

We actually started our day at The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory. This delightful place on Duval Street, neat the Southernmost Buoy, lets you walk in a mini tropical forest where butterflies fly all around and even rest on your head, back or arm.
