We have finally arrived in Little Rock, AR. Route 40 west going into Little Rock was a nightmare but we are one of the lucky ones. We passed at least ten vehicles on the side of the road with flashers on, because of flat tires. The roads are horrendous here. We feel like astronauts trying to circumnavigate the moon. ... and over the Ole Muddy and into "The Natural State" of Arkansas. This is my first time crossing back over the Mississippi River since Mom & Dad adopted me from Texas and we moved to Kentucky six years ago. It feels good to be back on the west side of the Ole Muddy.
