Tom Waits is our musician of choice, his Nighthawks at the Diner known word for word by most of us. The draw each year is simple, friends, fire, food,wine,beer, cards, with the emphasis on friends. Bill, Gary, Doug, Tony, Pat and me, friends for life. Lets do another 30 years or so. Maybe not quite so crazy as the first few years though, we have to pace ourselves.
