Those damn crows in the morning! It's either pigeons or crows in the UK. You can tune out to the pigeons but not the crows quite so easily. We wandered over the hill for a walk to Lulworth Cove which was a lovely spot. More incredible coastline, part of the Jurassic Coast dating back 185 million years. ... Sustrans ranger , keeping an eye on the routes in his area. The hill out of Seaton went steeply up, but still rideable, then down into Beer, where the hill to Branscombe was huge and the 1in3 drop into the village and 1in3 up again even steeper. In and around Plymouth today drove to Lands End, Penzance , St Michaels mount and St Ives. Very interesting countryside. Weather was not great really only our second or third really rainy day in a couple of months. Departed Brighton this morning for trip to Salisbury Plains and Stpnehenge. Far more touristy than 35 years ago with a visitors centre, museum bus link to site etc. Very popular venue however and quite well done with individual explanatory radios. Rest of day driving through green countryside in beautiful weather to Plymouth - on afternoon drove to Dartmore national park for dinner on pub on the moores, good nights entertainment and meal ...
