Ted didn't sleep a wink last night due to the very storms, it rained, hailed, sleeted and the wind blew wild, it was so cold that he put on all of his jumpers with the BLUE on on top because it was pouring with rain. Still no such thing as bad weather just the wrong clothing, so he donned his wet weather gear and off he strolled.
Start temperature 3.5c, finish 7.5c, not sure if it's a Brrrrday or a Grrrrrday, still he survived....

The Ups and Downs of Cornish Hills
... the bottom bracket. This was my first day cycling after two days off. And before that three days on. On as in biking ...though I wasn't 'on'! Okay for two days I was. I was flying! I was on fire! I did huge miles both days. I got down to Land's End... the most South Westerly point in England. And then made huge mileage up to New Quay. And that day was mostly in the rain!! And I liked it! I even wild camped in a grove of trees on a hill overlooking the ocean outside of New Quay ...
