Another day of discovery for Kaf and the girls in downtown New Orleans.
Mode of transport for the day - A streetcar called Desire.
First stop - a visit to the Voodoo Museum. As an inexperienced tourist, i'm not sure, do people normally visit Voodoo museums when they are on holidays or is there an ulterior motive here? Beware!

Across the road was a really cool bar - The Bridge, where Jen and I decided to wind down after the day's travelling. ... we started up Frenchmens Street, where our B&B host and some locals at dinner last night told us was where the 'real' music was. How neat is it to stroll down the street listening to live music coming out of every door. Most places had 3 bands a night! We stopped at a couple spots. It was a cold one last nite, and temperature today was only low 60's. The only heat they have in the house is a window AC/heater in the sitting room, and a ceramic heater in the bedroom.
Wow, was that toilet seat cold this morning! Roger even had socks on when we had breakfast, and I almost put my leather gloves on for breakfast (I did wear them when we went out).

I forgot to mention yesterday that Bob & Billie had a food plate waiting for us ...
