    ... eventually found a wee cafe truck stop for a quick break and some food, though as the big trucks went whizzing by it did feel like I was sitting in the middle of the roadway it was so close to the edge of the road and my chair was in a window alcove made me flinch when the really big trucks flew past.     ... garden it was sheltered and had some plants that would probably not survive in an exposed garden here, but we would be able to grow them in our climate. There was a group of huge pumpkins that look as if they will be used for Halloween later, and also some large onions set out to dry off.
