A brief explanation into the inner workings of the delivery and storage of the beer before a talk through the under ground cave system the original German founder of the lager discovered and used.

      ... flooding. So, we've been lucky, the ****** weather was at night. We are heading to Minnesota tomorrow and wondering if we'll encounter any of the flooding they have been reporting to have there. Hopefully, not! Even South Dakota has been having crazy weather and we will be in SD on Tuesday evening. Hope everyone is doing well.
