The local hiking club was hosting a lunch at a new brewery that was opening up, so we headed there for free hot dogs and chips and the like. Sadly, the brewery doesn't actually open until the end of April so no beer, but still: free lunch. Afterward, we headed to Outdoor 76, a local outfitter, to get some gear with some other hikers we knew. All up and down the trail we had heard that the shoe guy there was some sort of ...

Me and Stealth were able to make it through the Smokies in 4 days and we are on our way to Hot Springs, North Carolina. 275 miles down, a lot more to go. ...

Since Ghana is considered to be one of the more progressive countries I think that my time here will help prepare me to understand social, political, and spiritual perspectives that I can draw knowledge from and use in future endeavors.

Another favorite is mile marker 418 graveyard fields there is a nice hike down to 2 different falls and picking berries in season is fun.

Devils courthouse is at mile marker 422 good hike to the top views are very nice, caution it is a little steep but worth the hike.
