Woke up at 0630am to rain and very gloomy skies. I really did not want to ride the Dragon in the rain today! Oh well, I can't change it! Just have to gear up and ride with my teeth gritted! The weather is supposed to clear up tomorrow and be really nice for the next few days.

We waited until until 2pm for the rain to clear up in Knoxville …

... Chef Brian wins me over. The succulent Seared Scallops with heirloom tomato, eggplant, raisins and pine nuts even has me an eggplant fan. Richard has the Smoked Manger Duck Breast paired with cauliflower, peaches and sorghum, most delectable. Another favorite is mile marker 418 graveyard fields there is a nice hike down to 2 different falls and picking berries in season is fun.

Devils courthouse is at mile marker 422 good hike to the top views are very nice, caution it is a little steep but worth the hike.
