Kenya, The update - 28th July 2015
My departure date is hurtling towards me faster than the speed of light so I thought it was about time for an update. I have now completed 3 days training in Cardiff (clearly it wasn’t aimed to acclimatise us to the Kenyan weather) where I have had medical briefings, cultural briefings, coping strategy briefings, diet briefings, hydration briefings, clothing briefings, team building briefings, toilet briefings, diarrhoea ...

A good old English morning tea complete with tasty scones with cream and jam, just the thing ...
