You're meant to pay for the bus up front but we didn't and the driver just let us on, otherwise we'd hold up the queue. It's a 20/25 journey so it's great we got it for free. The sun unfortunately had gone away by the time we hit the beach. Bonsai beach was fantastic. We saw online that one hour earlier the alarm had gone off to tell swimmers ...

Had a very nice McD's, sometimes the simple pleasures are the best. After this we made our way back to Kensington to our chalet. As I type, Dev has conked out beside me. Easy flight to Sydney with lovely views of harbour bridge and Opera House. Some confusion with airport pick up, driver was expecting to take us to a different address, but ...

... my way down onto the rocks where he was being sprayed by the sea. Taking a few snaps for reminiscence sake, knowing they didn't have quite the same affect as before. Sat on a rock feeling quite intimidated by the huge waves heading towards us & watching the crabs in their rock pools clinging on when ever the water washed over them. It looked as if the tide was coming in, so we carefully climbed our way back to the safety of land and carried on to the very ...

... bat hanging upside eating a white mouse which was pretty creepy, and a giant Croc named Rex. Did you know Crocs don't need to eat for 4 months, and can go as long as 12 months without eating???  We also learned that male Koalas have scent gland bumps on their chest to attract females. After the zoo we did a free 2 hour walking tour of downtown Sydney  The guide gave us fun tidbits of historical information like the hospital was funded by rum sellers ...
