... plantation home. The plantation home is large but once you get inside there are not many rooms. On the first floor there is a kitchen that has been modernised so we did not see that and there is a parlour, dining room, nursery and sick room. On the second floor is the main room and a guest room. Other rooms have been turned into bathrooms and cupboards. The third floor is attic. Also has a windows look on the ...

The weather was great for riding and I-10 west was close to the hotel. After about an hour I exited to Gulf Port Mississippi and rode US scenic 90 west. What a road along the gulf coast. The area is being newly developed with huge lots right across the street from an ...

Saturday, Neil brought us beignets in the morning from Cafe Du Monde. We had a family reunion done Southern style. Paula's family, Deanna's family, Neil's family and Dana's family all got together for a BBQ. Neil was the BBQ extraordinaire. A fun time was had by all. Early evening the adults went for Daiquiri's and tried some wonderful flavors-Electric lemonade, amaretto and pineapple, white russian, and 190 octane at the first ...
