    Our penultimate day on the road saw us make our way to Panama City for a stop over at a beach resort.     Woke up today to the overwhelming humidity in our tent. I got up and meandered about for the morning doing laundry, showering and lazing by the pool. Once I got all my errands out of the way. Headed down to the beach, the heat was already unbelievably harsh. Needless to say I didn't spend a lot of time on the beach but instead was frolicking around in the water.     ... and marshmallows. He got a few of them to jump but it wasn't anything super spectacular. The swamp was absolutely stunning in parts, when we pulled off the main river into the little streams it was like another world entirely. Basically had entered Narnia. On the way out we saw a big alligator possibly between 8 and 10 feet. This one jumped pretty high and it was very impressive compared to the others.
