We had an 85 mile ride today up Vesuvius, 3 miles of 8 to 17 % grade climbing. 7 of us did it and will sleep well tonight! I sagged in to the 30 mile mark and continued on the beautiful Blue Ridge Parkway for 20 miles...glorious and wonderful...beautiful weather and our alter group of 10 did 50 miles of cycling today and feel great. Kudos to the rabbits that ride it ...

Around 2pm, I caught a lizard, he tried to run up a tree, but, he didn't run fast enough! After getting up the hill we ran into Mountain Momma, she is back on the trail and ...

... sleeping individuals. I'll find out eventually if I woke up in time to stop the picture, or if I woke up after the deed was done. When we did finally get to Richmond we had a fun time of getting our bags checked.

I've never seen such a deserted, large airport.

Richmond is very nice, but it felt like it was the employees, and us. Later it seemed a bit less of a ghost town, but it was strange being in the check-in area with ...
