... there were a lot of people getting surfing lessons - we considered that too, but decided we needed to work on our strength & flexibility first (it's also much cheaper in Australia too). The next day we managed at the last minute to get on a day tour which really helped us to understand the geography and history of the island.

Day 3 we went on a 1/2 day tour of Pearl Harbor which was fascinating & very moving. The main memorial is positioned above ...

We spoke about it over a lush breakfast at the Hilton, in our sweaty circuit stuff. They were going to chill by the pool at the Hilton. We ummed and ahhed about getting a bus somewhere to see something, not sure what. And decided to chill by the pool too. Luckily we had our ham and cheese sandwiches and the tub ...

... Platter with coleslaw and fries and three different types of sauce. I had an appetiser size Southern Chicken sliders...there were four! The portions here are massive and they pride themselves on that. They gave us bread first too! We had another drink again and then you can't not have cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory. I ordered two spoons with a massive slice of Craig's Carrot Cheesecake which is smothered in a cream cheeses icing and gas massive layers of it inside ...
