There were tons of people in Cornwall on Canada Day. We were happy when we finally found a place to park.

... The day was filled with swims in the pool, sitting around eating chips and chocolate, talking about our lives and just good old joking around. It was just a relaxing day for all. I did manage to get away from a chair for a bit to take the kids to a nearby school that had playground equipment.

BTW, Joanne's parents' names are Alex and Annette. They have lived in Cornwall for some time.
