... straight out again on the bus. In the pouring rain, we drove to this tiny village, restored to original Maori design and custom, put on for tourists to teach us a little about Maori culture. Our coach trip was known as a waka, as in theory we were coming from a different tribe. Day 9 - Paraparumu to Rotarua
Today we went to Rotarua it was a long drive (especially with Josh next to me) all we did was play on the ipad and DaD's phone. When we were driving we saw gisers out of the ground, COOL! We arrived at Rotarua and found a good caravan park and went in HOT thermel pools and stayed the night it was pretty boring but OK.

... br> The night was going by really fast, and before we knew it we were all guided into the banquet hall, had some final instruction and then enjoyed a beautiful and delicious dinner. Complete with Pavlova for dessert.

Tummies full, they sang a few more songs and then we piled up back in the buses, and headed back into town. We had to drop a few couples off at hotels on our way.

Rotorua is sooo smelly!!!! Some parts of the city are worse then others, but ...
