The graveyard was very interesting, since it had both recent graves and some that were hundreds of years old! The cathedral dates back to the 6th century, when Christianity first arrived in Ireland, and fell out of use in 1214.

When we finished at the monastic city, it was time to catch St. Kevin's Bus back to Dublin!
