      Today Matteo & Caterina drove us to Milan for the day. We parked in the suburbs and caught the Metro in to the centre.       ... to the main piazza (square). Here are all the main amenities - school, two shops, hairdresser, doctors etc. this is about the same distance above the main road as our apartment is below.       ... back towards the waterfront, down many stairs and found a cafe for lunch. Of course there was a water view.
