... area as the sunset progressed. Watching the sunset in Sedona is more about the rocks and the shadows on the mountains than it is about the sky and the clouds. We got back in the truck after the sun had set and headed back to Flagstaff. Even though there was still a ton more we could have done and seen in Sedona, we at least felt like we had experienced the Sedona that we had heard about. We considered coming back for another day, but Flagstaff was waiting.
