... potato salad) We both took a nap after lunch from 1:30-3:30, which was unusual for me. Nancy woke me up at 3:30 & I did a "coffee break" & headed to the yurt for sauna & biking. I came back & showered & when I got out I could hear Dr. Helms in our room doing a consult with Nancy. He removed her from a nutraceutical he was hoping would assist her with the wide BP swings, but it wasn't producing results. ...

The Hoover is 726 feet tall, and had lots of turbines. Also the tour guide game up with a lot of dam jokes. The museum had a bunch of cool stuff about Hoover dam. Then we went in to Las Vegas and watched the dancing waters in front of bellagio. Papaw drove up and down the Strip and I saw a lot of big and ...

... to go on ahead to Flagstaff and stay at the KOA there. The drive from Sedona to Flagstaff on US 89A is one of the best I've ever been on. I think we climbed a few thousand feet in just a few miles, and the views around every corner were amazing. As the driver pulling a giant trailer, I just kept a tight grip on the steering wheel and tried to pay attention to the road. Had we known ahead of time how steep and curvy the road was, we may not have chosen ...
