... surrounding the area. There is a small museum at the site and you can view the site and the ruins from the path below. In the past, up until about 1960's they actually let people climb all over the ruins but this was causing a lot of damage so it is no longer allowed. It was pretty amazing to see and you wonder how they built it and what life was like as there is actually different types of wood beams in the structure that don't grow anywhere near the site. ...

Today I didn't really do anything other then sit in some weird place and did nothing really, until we went on a helicopter tour! The helicopter tour was awesome, it felt like I was floating in mid air. ... everything we read never mentioned that you couldn't actually go in it. If you're considering going...be aware of that. It hasn't allowed visitors actually on the cliffs in the castle since 1951.

We leave there and head back towards the interstate, where we go north a couple of miles and take off the interstate to our next stop. Luckily, along the way, there was a Starbucks so we could get lattes. No reason to be uncivilized ...

After a brief walk uptown we settled into the Cowboy Club for drinks and some food and some people watching. We tried the Starter Sampler which has Buffalo Kabobs, Fried Rattlesnake, Fry bread and Cactus Fries. Each sample has its own dipping sauce. It was good, and rattlesnake doesn’t taste like chicken.

Later we watched The Chamber of Secrets and ate popcorn ...

... I must admit that I actually like Sedona more than the Grand Canyon. And that's nothing against the Canyon, it just seems Sedona does indeed have that magical feel to it that all my friends told me about. The tour is well worth the 97 dollars and I tipped Harold 20, because he was that good of a guide in my opinion. This seemed to be the tour of the day as every Pink Jeep was coming that way.
