... L of really nice wine, and then we wondered through the main square and found a very funky cocktail bar that was quite happening for a Wednesday night. The cocktail barman was fantastic so we all tried a different drink and sat back a soaked it all up – we are sleeping well tonight!

It was then back to camp to get some beauty sleep before our day exploring Bologna properly ...

After that, the teacher, Martina wrote random numbers on the board, gave them the tonic (1) and asked them to sing the lines. They then sung exercises from the singing handbooks. They then did rhythm exercises. They were singing all major intervals and rhythms including dotted quavers,semi quaver and triplets. The girls had been at the college for 3 months and were sight singing at around grade 3/4 ...

Fangen wir doch einfach mit den Problemen an, das macht dann das Ende feiner. Bei meiner Rückkehr aus Venedig war ich natürlich immer noch krank, weshalb ich am Montag zu Hause blieb, was sich als großer Fehler herausstellen sollte. Am Mittwoch bekam ich nämlich in der Schule einen ordentlichen Anschiss, wahrscheinlich, weil meine Tutorin annahm, ich hätte geschwänzt und wäre in Venedig geblieben (ich hätte mir das Hotel gar nicht länger leisten können, ...
