On the second day it was extremely powdery and there was a High Avalanche warning which was a bit scary but apparently is still fine to ski if you keep to the trails. Definitely a pioneer in the extreme winter sports. Nowadays he is a little more grown up and is an ambassador for Obermeyer and also in demand as a commentator for these events. Incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining, he certainly added to the overall enjoyment for us.

The course was in perfect condition and the view from the stadium was great we we were able to see a large portion of the downhill run. There was a huge giant screen as well so that we could see the action close up as well.

... at night after dinner is so pretty as the trees are lit up with lights, there is an ice skating rink in the middle of the plaza which the children enjoy and all the shops are open till around 9pm. Love to window shop. They are very expensive but they are so different to anything we see at home, it is enjoyable to see what is on offer and at what price. They certainly cater for those on a million dollar plus income that's for sure.
