    ... Lake was our next destination and it was spectacular. The lake is the glacier aqua blue and is very large. There were lots of turnoffs so that we could see and take pictures. When you look at all this beauty, it is hard to realize that this water also provides electricity for a large portion of northwestern Washington.

    ... we still soaked in hanging glaciers, rugged lower peaks, a couple of marmots, some lingering snowfields and lots emerging wildflowers.     It has been stated that we will all want to bring an umbrella on the trip. Also things to remember to pack: microfiber quick dry towels, pajamas, hand sanitizer, water bottle, adapter, plugs, neck pillow, melatonin, money belt, etc. Again pay attention to wattage: 100-240v/ 50-60 Hz.
