... travel/GPS/rest area apps that I downloaded. (I'm trying to find one that tells me we can make it west of Chicago before midnight and without me having to drive :) Paige is laying on the top bunk in the back with her headphones on singing at the top of her lungs. So far, life is good and everything is running smoothly. I haven't even heard the words "I'm bored" or "how much longer?", but then again, it's only hour ...

I spent the day sorting & packing clothes, shoes, etc. How much roughing it is too much roughing it? (aka, how many times can Charlie wear that same pair of underwear?) I think I have it sorted into two paper grocery bag sized bags for all of our clothes, and a couple of boxes with binoculars, walkie talkies, and bug spray, etc.

I am sure I have forgotten something, but I am sure we can buy it along the way!

... for the customers coming to the park. The buildings appeared to be in Art Deco style and were relatively well preserved. I think it was an interesting style of building and probably made the park very popular in the early 20th century. There was a nice wooded area with a flowing creek which was the Minnehaha Creek, probably an Indian name. After investigating Glen Echo Park we returned to the road going Northwest we did not have a map to help us.
