... said it is Bibury, and I have to say that Bibury has my vote of the places we have seen to date.
But it's not just pretty villages. We have visited Cirencester with its amazing Roman Museum and Avebury, with an incredible number of standing stones. We have been trying to do a walk or a ramble everyday in the incredibly green countryside which is full of clumps of yellow daffodils.

... After lunch we were feeling full, tired and ready to head home. On the way home we made a quick detour. A road sign directed us to Midsomer Norton. I wanted to visit and despite everyone's objections we made a quick photo stop. Nobody was murdered, bonus, so all was okay. Back to Bath and a walk around town. Lots of people out and about here too. Beautiful and sunny all day. Washing and early night for these tired ...

... In the summer of 1497, he set sail from Bristol, crossed the Atlantic and discovered the mainland of North America—probably the Labrador coast. On this achievement was based the claim of England to North America.

A man was sitting on a bench near the tower and gave the kids nuts to feed the squirrels. Natasha and Isabella also enjoyed the nearby playground.
