Penny and I left late this afternoon for Florida. We are going to a Race for the Cure in Estero, Florida. We are going to stay with her cousins for two days. Smooth sailing, traffic was light. ... cobblestone walkways just a couple of blocks from us but were captivated by Dave Hunter's description of the Hofbrauhaus Newport, at one time the only authentic Hofbrauhaus in the US. ... very often over a tasty lunch. Fortunately the rest of the day was for running errands that didn't require much brain power as I didn't have many brain cells working. But I did feel good enough to attend a Gentle Yoga class early in the evening, so the day wasn't a total waste. Before turning out the light for the night I did some more karma yoga and then sleeping came shortly thereafter.
