Today was our last day in Tofino and I have to say I am very sad to be leaving, I really love everything about this place, its wild, untamed rainforest, beautiful inlets and beach coves and monsterous snow topped mountains....it has everything! Today, Jow was nice enough to lend us his Park pass so we headed to the pacific rim national park which runs the distance from the ucluelet junction, down to Tofino! Tofino Trek in is great, the place is small with two double rooms and then some dorms, everything is centred around the communal kitchen but even though it is essentially a hostel, as the place is so small its great to meet people at breakfast and dinner and we have had some great converstaions with people from all over the world! Mon idée est fixe, alors je ne m'arrête pas ... et puis j'arrive du côté ouest de l'île, mais l'océan se fait désirer. La route est un peu éloignée de la plage, mais à quelques km de Tofino, je commence à entendre les vagues et à apercevoir les reflets de l'eau au travers des arbres.
