We arrived at 9.15 am and went inside and watched a 30 minute movie of the history of the mission. It basically offered ...

I remembered the delicious brisket, chicken and ribs coming out of the antique smoker in a barn like shack on the side of the road. Well, as they say, you can never go back to the way it used to be. The old barn has long since been demolished and ...

... other time I would have gladly engaged in conversation but not today. No coffee, BIG headache, really hot and humid and quite frankly I’m not up for talking, but talk he did. I had Chris as a buffer thankfully but this man just kept coming back and chatting. I had to call it quits in the end. This day just had to stop! I said to Chris I didn’t mind what he wanted to do with his afternoon but I was pulling the plug on myself and taking my ...
