Goin South               We started the day in sunny Marahau. Though tempted to watch the sun rise over Tasman bay, we decided we were on vacation and would sleep in a bit.  One of the annoying things about New Zealand is that standard check-out is 10:00 AM instead of noon. So we finally got to the first campsite. We had made the decision to only stay in campsites and not to free park on the sides of roads as had heard alot of horror stories of people being attacked.
