... property. The house blends seemlessly between the streams, hillside, and rock that surround it. Describing the home would be futile. It really is something that can only be experienced. This is the one and only man made thing that has ever brought on such strong emotions for me. The mix of art and design stopped me in my tracks as soon as we crossed the threshold into the home. If you ever find yourself in Pittsburgh I ...

... other two trips, and we had no complaints at that time.
Carolyn and I had many opportunities to be off on our own adventures,
which is what we had hope to do on our other VBT tours, but didn't work out.

We really lucked out on the weather, as the only rain we had was this morning.

Would we do another biking trip? Probably yes, if our bodies hold up, but for the foreseeable future, ...

... went out to Centerport to view a flat (actually, we had planned to take the GTI). It was super nice, with a pool table in the basement. We asked if the pool table was staying, but Phil (our favorite real estate agent) had no idea, and didn't ask for us either, damn! Anyway, the flat was a little far away for some parties and so was stricken from the roster.

Phil then took us out to another flat near Huntington. This one had a tower and a mezzanine ...

... we arrived at the airport we weren't even sure if we would take off on time as it was extremely foggy. Not sure how they operate their airports in Austria but we were only delayed 35 minutes because they were waiting for inbound connecting passengers. Fog does not seem to present as big an issue in Austria as it does in New York. We were scheduled to depart at 10:40 am, but did not leave the gate until 11:15 am. The pilot announced that the flight would take us 8 ...
