So I arrived back at Cals after buying some new trainers on the way, mine were wrecked! He lives in a wealthy area and the country club he works for give him a house share, free of charge, and it's a very good house! Lucky chap! The driving incidents over the past few days have left me in a bit of state. So much so that I now break out into a sweat any time my hands touch the steering wheel. It doesn't help that the speed limit in Texas is 75mph (about 120km) and nobody sticks to it. To keep the air flowing around my armpits, Iīve taken to driving with my elbows out at 90 degrees. ... hot 85 with humidity is! My plan to be pretty was foiled!! But, luckily humidity is every girl's nightmare, so at least I wouldn't be alone :)
