... and put up ballons, and put up a welcome sign with my name on the door, and hung congratulations decor on the window, and gave me all of my supplies and cleaning stuff, and left an iPod radio in there. I know that was a big run on sentence, but you get the point I was trying to make.

Anyway, that's all I have for now. Of course I'll keep you updated in the days ahead. I've attached some photos as well.

Austin lazy day

... at about half 3 I would get my ass up and in the shower. Felt a bit better after that but still so lazy. My bed and Netflix were my friends today. D was a god send and ordered a dominos! Pizza when hungover is the best invention. Dominos out here is different but still good, they have a pretzel edging on there pizzas which is interesting! Anything else for a few more calories they shove one things ...

Sunday morning found us moving a bit slower than usual, but we had wine tasting plans and wanted to get moving. Of course when there is good BBQ en-route, a detour is mandatory and off we went to another great BBQ institution "Salt Lick BBQ" in Driftwood. ... starting to get a little high for me now.

In the morning though, we have to leave, wishing we had another week to spend in Texas. But we’re not done with our favourite state just yet. Not far west of Austin is a lovely natural wonder, the Hamilton Pool. The first stage was getting to the airport, which was already a close call timewise, I must admit this would have been a whole lot simpler if I had just checked terminal that I needed to be at!
