... Californian Indian childbirth and cradle baskets - I found it absolutely fascinating. There was also a small sculpture garden outside - I just loved "plant power". As I left I noticed the fence outside had been "knitting bombed" - several uprights decorated with knitting. v cute! Next stop was the Charles Schulz museum, too far for me to walk to at that stage so got a cab there. The cabbie was a really funny, chatty woman, covered in tattoos & a big fan ...

... was speaking to me as if I didn't understand English. He asked me lots of questions, so then I called my college, and they had to fax me through my paperwork; turns out they sent the wrong stuff! The guy let me go anyway as he must have been feeling generous.. and I left feeling all shaky and like a criminal.

You know you have arrived in America when the first thing you see is the Golden Gate Bridge- Beautiful.

... 8217;t go inside as there was no parking, but just to see it from the outside was so cool. It was a dream movie location for me to see. I returned the car in one piece and then caught my flight out to Las Vegas.

Vegas was my final stop, so it was all coming to an end. But there were fun things ahead in Vegas so it will be a great final blog to read!

I loved my time in wine country and can’t wait to be back there again!

... Lars like the Ventana lental stew best. We both had more than enough to eat.

Our personal trainer meetings went well and then we decided to take a walk through the neighborhood. It was sunny and cool but we enjoyed being outside after sitting in a conference room all morning.

Dinner included a lot more wonderful food, this evenings menu centered around mexican menu items like Tortillas, Tex-Mex Potatoes, ...

It’s a ying and yang world of course and the trip's most amazing scenery yet sees our nights spent in the worst accommodation. We vent our spleen on Trip Advisor and get on with gasping, again both OMG style and literally, as we crane our necks to see towering granite mountain faces of primeval splendor.
