... either we turned the wrong way or the place was no longer there. Whichever, we decided to forgo the rest of the walking tour and returned to Rundle Mall. We encountered an old friend there – oink, oink. I put his picture in from 2012 as well so you can see that we encountered him before. ... leaflets we acquired from the information centre deciding on places that took our fancy to visit during our time here. Then the call of a shower became too strong (call, not smell!) so we decided to put the city sightseeing on hold for another day and drive to our campsite called Brighton Caravan Park.

... got some brochures from their information centre. The Barossa Valley is huge, and we did struggle a bit trying to navigate our way around it in some areas. We went to a few wineries, including Penfolds and Wolf Blass. The Wolf Blass Winery was pretty nice, with lovely gardens and a huge Cellar Door (with nice staff who didn't judge us for liking the cheaper wine over the more expensive ones). ... we saw was Bunjil, the creator, with his two dingos. We were both pretty excited to see rock art before we came but I personally found it was a bit of a let down (there were very few signs explaining it which made it hard to understand it's significance).

Cloudy start to the morning and still very windy. Brian had a swim in the apartment's pool. I had to stand outside the building and take his photo as he was practising for the 'Man from Atlantis'.

We then went to collect our car from Avis which is a Ford Kuga. Very nice - automatic and plenty of room inside.
