    ... it became apparent that the sand had been shipped in because it left a dusty residue on our feet and the fact that the driver told us that a bit further down the beach it was all black sand!

    ... The prices are high for Bali but reasonable for that type of hotel (same as with mine). I head back to my hotel and book a massage at the spa (25% off after 7pm woo hoo) that and a booking tomorrow night will be the last of my cheaply spa treatments :-( I have enjoyed a treatment in every country (almost every city/town) since I hit Thailand.     ... ok, but a bit of a disappointment compared to the last one and a 1km to the beach. We set of walking down to the beach in the roasting heat along the main road and by the time we sat down for some lunch we were both feeling a bit worse for wear.

    ... out on the bit of cleaning aircraft in between flights... The aircraft was absolutely filthy! I was amazed and how much rubbish there was inside the plane.. But it got the job done and a short 2 hours 20 minutes later I safely landed in Denpasar, Indonesia.
