... car & up the road to the Culinary Institute of America (CIA). The most beautiful campus & again on the Hudson River. Plenty of students walking around between classes, all wearing the check pants, white tunic & clogs. It was also super busy because there was a graduation ceremony. We had lunch at the Apple Pie Bakery cafe, I had quiche & salad & Fray had pumpkin soup. We shared a coconut, salted caramel brioche donut for dessert. ...

We hiked over a few blocks and got to see the famous bull of Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange. Completely surrounded by tourists from many countries, it was funny how there were just as many people posing for pictures in the hind quarters of the bull as the front ! Nice view. ...

... is not too far away here. All our driving today was on the interstate and we saw some crazy driving. It’s a wonder there aren’t more accidents.

Our stop for the night is at a NY county campground, Winding Hills Park Camping. It’s a beautiful park but there are no sewer and water hookups so we feel like we are roughing it. The rules state that liquor and public demonstrations of affection are prohibited. It should be a ...
