When we finally hit Fort Worth, it was rush hour traffic, compounded by construction delays. We had a good half hour stay on the interstate parking lot before finally blasting through to Denton, TX. Tomorrow ... Kansas.

... safe... safe enough... And to add we are now leaving over 45 min...

We take off, I'm in and out of consiousness, tired, feeling like a bag of smashed ********, and just want my bed... I have an hour and 15 min layover to transfer to my flight in Fort Worth, Texas to catch my plane to Miami, Florida. We land. I'm feeling like ****. And I have 15 min till my flight to Miami leaves...

I get off the flight, and book it ...

... t seem to be in any pain at all, even when she got down and the holes where the hooks went through were bleeding. (We were at the front right by the stage so it was easy to see.)

I'd have gotten pictures but I didn't take my camera.

The band was absolutely awesome, by the way.

As far as I've seen so far, people here seem to like Australians. I haven't come across one odd look when I say I'm Australian when people ask where the accent is from.

... alpacas their dinner in the evening and the park was nearby Camping World (my husband's new favorite store) where we were able to buy a few last minute items for the RV. We have already purchased a dishwasher, satellite dish, new antennae, an air purifier, more hoses than I care to count, and several other miscellaneous items. I'm becoming quite the camping connoisseur!

... time went on, but that eased once I got through the gate and realised that no one else was stupid enough to fly out at this time in the morning, so everything was quiet. It was probably because of this that I got through customs and all the security check-points without anyone questioning the absurd amount of prescription drugs I was bringing with me.
