    Breakfast at the hotel (complimentary and very good!) and then down the road for a good coffee. This was a relaxing day to explore and wander round Ashland. A very pleasant town and after an initial wander, we did a walk - about 10 km Amr's pedometer says! - out along a hiking/cycle track that Carole and John have ridden along before.
