Simone and I spent the whole day in Norwich yesterday. I had my first taste of a cold day so was rugged up well. I have come down with a cold, so so much for my belief in Olive Leaf Tablets. It's not too bad though, just a few sniffles, so maybe they do work. We went into a lot of Charity Shops looking for a parka for me. Finally managed to get a really nice one for 7 pounds. I also squeezed in two days of training with Christies - one day on Mental Health, run by a psychologist - I was impressed with his approach! The other day was run by an excellent in-house trainer, Colleen, and covered Parkinsons and Multiple Schlerosis.

... track which loops round from Hargham Road and joins up with Fen Street.
The Sandy Lane walking track through the woodland area on the way to the village of Banham is a nice quiet walk too.
Then there is my personal favourite. Take Mill Road out of the village, past the windmill, over the crossroads the take the first left after that. Walk all the way to Caravan New Barn farm then take the footpath to the small ...
