We just completed a week in Norfolk Broads area of East Anglia. Stayed at an on-site caravan which was spacious and functional.

... I shared in Wakiso will be remembered now I have left and that small changes will make a difference. I am humbled though that their normal birth rate is so high despite having no analgesia, no facilities and very few midwives. Maybe I have learnt more from them than I taught........... My experiences in Uganda have made me a stronger person and a more passionate midwife. The one message I will bring back to the UK to share with colleagues ...
