... a quick burger stop at Licks, we
spotted Nonno in the parking lot of the Comfort Inn by the airport.
We were excited to see that Adam and Matthew were in the room right
next door but we all knew that we had to get ready for bed as quickly
as possible as tomorrow we had to wake up very early.



We set our alarms (hotel wake up call,
cell phones and ipad, just to be safe!) for 2:00 am.

... br> I did notice some signs on the 401 Highway that said "Watch Out For Slow Traffic"
They must be referring to the idiots that are driving at the speed limit...

Going to see how far I can get past Windsor/Detroit tomorrow
- am trying for Cincinnati but don't think that I can make it that far.
I am assuming that I will get across the border and into the U.S.A.....

Unfortunately they weren’t a friendly duo and I was soon tagging along with another unfriendly diva as one of the team leads asked me to follow her; when I learnt he wanted us to empty the bins, and that she expected me to do the dirty task, she spoke to a security guard and fluttered her spidery eyelashes his way, I again opted out. I wasn’t about to wait for the man to finish blowing his nose and throw ...

We are at the Toronto International airport. So far things have gone smoothly with one disaster averted - thanks to a very tall gentleman seated next to us on the flight from TBay. In my rush to ge seated I guess I put my passport in the overhead bin. The man beside us saw it as we prepared to leave the plane. Had he not, I wouldn't have looked for it till we reached Pearson and wouldn't have known if I lost it on the flight, subway or bus! Yikes!

... not the thing to do. Having no idea what Toronto had to offer or where we could find what it had to offer, we jumped on the first bus to Niagra Falls. The bus actually took us to a small empty town 45 minutes walk from the falls but we weren't going to start picking bones.  I'm not completely disappointed with the falls experience but, from what I could see, it was mostly frozen. I should stress that it seems that when it's in full flow ...
