The Long Iron Road to Alaska 18-05-15 Montreal to Toronto

After a good nights sleep on the rocky train I got up and used the tiny bathroom in my compartment. This bathroom is simply tiny and even swinging a cat around in it would be extremely hard. As if using the toilet was hard enough then taking a shower was a nightmare.

It's not until you must say goodbye to all those that you love that it becomes a true reality, and the excitement washes away to the weight of ...

... I’d embrace my inner country
mouse and head to the Hart House Farm to get away from the Toronto. We arrived
for a structured day of Canadian fun. We began, like with all good days, with food. We enjoyed a tasty lunch which was essentially a shameless plug of the farm's apples, then headed out for a walk. My mother would be
proud. I embraced my inner Bear Grylls in clambering over rocks down a ravine
thing, which wasn’t quite ...
