... the girl realised we were there. Anyway, she was nice, we ordered and nobody else was left to eat, they had all eaten from what we could see. It was around 8.15pm and our food FINALLY came at 9.15pm!!! We should've definitely complained but we couldn't be bothered! It was nice food and the waitress was on her own and worked super hard! ... pretty much all the electricity in Toronto. So he had some money to spend, and spend it he did on this awesome house. I was a little disappointed with the "library" but apparently the family weren't big readers. The conservatory alone more than made up for the lack of adequate library facilities though, so I let him off the hook. I'm told there are thirty bathrooms in the house. ... crowd. Dave and I were waiting for a shuttle once in Germany when a Chinese tour bus showed up. Though we were first in line, we were the last ones on. Little old ladies have sharp elbows! We were just standing there, and this swarm of noise and energy enveloped us and pushed us to the back of the mob. In Toronto a line was forming. I was suspicious and strategically placed my carry-on bags to protect my ribs.

... There was an impressive meat and cheese dish, a huge turkey with all the side dishes you could dream of and far too many different desserts to still follow that big meal.

As the polar freeze continued lives went back normal. School started up again, people went back to their jobs,...
