      ... just before either a spectacular sunrise or sunset. Not wanting to get up at 4:00 to drive there in the dark, or wait until after sunset to drive back down the mountain at night. I left Cynthia's around 8:45. Poor Cynthia couldn't go because she is still congested with sinus/cold. So I jumped into her amazing little red sports car and took off.       ... taken to their office for sizing of helmets and luckily Andrew could mount his go pro onto his helmet, some helmets had the mount already. We took off up the mountain and you could feel the temperature change but it wasn't too cold at all. We were give a bike for our sizing which was pretty random.       ... with a 9 months old son and a 2 1/2 year old girl. They are from Newcastle, but they met when he was playing rugby in Calgary. The boy spends the first hour asleep, and the girl is engrossed in an I-pad. Later the boy makes himself known -can't walk, but makes his way up the aisle hanging onto arm rests. There are other kids up front, and, in spite of the USA transport prohibition of assembling in groups, the kids make a fair bit of this happen.

      ... pig is incredible. But after a couple of hours we get bored of the beach, dump the board back at the house, then give the wild side of the Hana highway a go! It's the most mental windy road, surrounded by jungle, sheer cliffs in places, coconuts lying in the road, and a lot of crazy drivers. Relaxing it ain't!!
