... husbands, or wedding rings. This left six kids in the care of three men who basically consume alcohol all day long. Kids cried, contraptions were made out of lawn furniture and toys were stolen by Owen. I admit, I was the first man to turn tail and run for the protection of bed-time. Something tells me the others weren't far behind. Tomorrow another lazy day and some North American style consumerism in an air conditioned outlet mall. I can't wait. Aloha! - ...

... spit up from an overly tired Penny is understandable. Laugh-worthy, given our seasoned parenting skills. Ha ha. Oh look, she's smiling again! This is what is called a false sense of security. Henry gives it an A+, for this alone, and we could have probably flown home and he ...

... set up. You had to bring your own propane bottle, I guess. Shane said the sink was there for you to clean the fish you caught. What a wonderful idea!

It's been a great day here with the nephew in Hawaii. We are both tired but in a good way. The good way is when you are tired from having fun and not work!

We drive home in the dark, as we usually end up doing. Now that the daylight sightseeing on Maui is done we will think about eating something Hawaiian.

Another Day in Paradise

... pick up some staples for the week. We arrived at our resort at 7:30 p.m.

One thing we noticed is how early it gets dark here. By 7:30 it is pitch black with the stars and moon shining.

Our acomodations are luxurious and clean. The surrounding grounds and gardens are lush and green with pools and waterfalls next to the ocean. The pool looked inviting too!

The atmosphere should be conducive to great relaxation!
