... works out. It was a blast, the class covered 2 and a half days and I learned how to build the rig, balance it, and properly fly it. The projects consisted of scenes of 2 minutes, 3 mins, and 5 mins. I have so much more respect for the people who do Steadicam for a career because it's really tough. If you don't know what a Steadicam is, look it up because it's awesome. I'm sure to learn more within the next week or so, so stay tuned.
Carol and I are touring the upper Lower Peninsula and the UP (Upper Peninsula if you're not a Michigander). We will be camping in our camper at Sleeping Bear Dunes, St. Ignace (overlooking Big Mac), Tahquamenon Falls, Wells State Park and Door County in Wisconsin. We made it down to the beach in time to catch a beautiful sunset and have a cruise around town. Despite being a lake this place really did feel like a beach, with the white sand and water stretching as far as the eye could see.

... boys' growth. I'm happy to report Reid is in the 86% in height and 89% in weight (18 lb. 1 oz.). Bennett is doing great too at 65% in height and 58% in weight (16 lb). The boys screamed and I cried when they got their shots (why do they do that to mothers?!?!) but thankfully there was no freak out moment at home like the previous time they got shots.
