Constables Thomas Graham and Eric Dion laughed as they beat me!
They were hoping to catch me on their cruiser cam defending myself.

Oh ya, told a bit about the emergency tower and how it was misdesigned (high enough for highest tides. however not high enough if there is a storm. and the time most people are likely to be out there? The time when storms are most likely to occur. Also told about cliffs on other side of bay that are not as pitted. It is the prevailing winds that lead to the amount of erosion at Hopewell.
