... Harbour and sat with a nice cuppa watching the world go by for an hour or so, while I waited for my heart rate to return to normal. Then home on the ferry which just got my heart rate jacked back up again. I wish they wouldn’t make those announcements about ‘larger and normal swell’, which basically tells you to strap everything down – counterproductive in the anxiety stakes.
